Repeat the process for ten more times. Try doing hill sprints on shorter or longer hills for variety. Aside from weight loss, this form of exercise is beneficial since it exercises the abs, hamstrings, quads and the glutes. Of course, doing gym routines is beneficial for your heart, so cardio workouts done on a treadmill or an elliptical machine are also included in the list.
