2020年道路运行新能源汽车将达500万–财经–人民网 日前,由全球环境基金、联合国开发计划署支持,科技部和财政部联合北京市、上海市、河南省政府、广东省政府和江苏省政府共同实施的“促进中国燃料电池汽车商业化发展”项目启动。旨在通过多种车型、多个区域、多种商业化运行模式的燃料电池汽车小批量商业化运行,突破燃料电池汽车商业化应用的关键技术瓶颈,促进相应产业政策的出台,实现燃料电池汽车在中国的商业化发展。 据悉,2009年国家财政部、科技部、工业和信息化部、发展改革委联合启动实施国家节能与新能源汽车示范推广试点工作。至2015年,国内累计生产新能源汽车48.6万辆,接近50万辆的规划目标,完成率达97%。按照中国政府的既定目标,到2020年,道路运行的新能源汽车数量将达到500万辆。 我国的燃料电池汽车性能和技术目前已经取得很大进步。如北汽福田开发新一代燃料电池客车,技术指标和性能不断在提升。其电堆使用寿命2000至3000小时;百公里氢耗9公斤、续驶里程300公里;平均故障间隔里程300公里;工作环境温度范围为-10至45℃。 目前,中国已经建设3个加氢站。北京永丰加氢站于2006年11月8日正式投入运行,主要采用外供氢和电解水制氢,年产氢能力达到11万公斤,加注压力为350巴,可以满足10辆燃料电池公交车的燃料需求。北京正在考虑建设第二个加氢站。 目前,中国燃料电池汽车商业化发展还存在整车技术性能有待提高、氢气基础设施匮乏、缺少完善的燃料电池汽车和氢气基础设施的相关政策环境、公众认知和接受度低、燃料电池汽车融资环境差等问题。 为进一步推动燃料电池汽车在中国的商业化,“促进中国燃料电池汽车商业化发展”项目全面开展。项目计划周期为4年,拟在北京、上海、郑州等城市开展燃料电池客车、轿车、物流车、邮政车等百辆级商业化示范运行工作。示范城市将根据自身实际情况,对氢能基础设施进行改造、建设,而且全部采用低碳或可再生能源技术制氢和加氢;通过车辆和氢站的示范运行,采集分析整车及加氢设施运行数据,进一步提升我国燃料电池技术水平和降低成本。 (责编:乔雪峰、杨曦)相关的主题文章:
